Quality controls

Specification, Documentation & Release

Quality starts with a complete purchase specification and an agreed inspection and document scope.

Order control

Four checkpoints for a clearer industrial order.

The exact control plan depends on product, source, processing route and confirmed contractual requirements.

Step 1

Specification review

Grade, standard, dimensions, tolerance, finish, quantity and critical acceptance points are reviewed before quotation.

Step 2

Document scope

Required material certificates, reports and third-party inspection must be named in the RFQ and confirmed in the order.

Step 3

Processing checkpoints

Drawing revision, visible faces, dimensions, welding notes and inspection points are defined for processed components.

Step 4

Packing and release

Product protection, package size, weight, lifting method, marks and destination requirements are aligned before shipment.

Document scope

Define the document package before order confirmation.

Document availability depends on the product, source, governing standard and agreed inspection scope. Nothing is assumed unless it is included in the quotation and order.

01

Material identification

State the required material standard, grade designation, heat or lot traceability and certificate type in the RFQ.

02

Inspection requirements

Define dimensions, acceptance criteria, test reports, witness points and any independent inspection before quotation.

03

Shipping documents

List the required packing records, marks, origin documents and destination-specific paperwork in the order scope.

Specification-led quotation

Name every inspection and document requirement in the RFQ.

Documents are supplied only when they are available for the confirmed product source and included in the quotation and order scope.
