Website and commercial information

Website Terms of Use

These terms govern use of this B2B website. Quotations, order confirmations and signed agreements govern any actual supply transaction.

Operator and acceptance

This website is operated by 无锡奥西金属制品有限公司, using the English business name Wuxi Aoxi Metal Products Co., Ltd. and trading as AOXI METAL, from Wuxi, Jiangsu, China. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you use the site for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for it.

If you do not agree, do not use the site. The Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy explain related information and browser-storage practices.

Website information is not an offer

Product pages, grade summaries, images, videos, dimensions, standards, processing descriptions, availability statements and resource articles are general information. They do not constitute a binding offer, guarantee, engineering recommendation, material certification or confirmation that a particular item is in stock or suitable for your application.

Images may show representative materials, finishes, processing or past work. Appearance varies with lighting, display settings, production batch and finish. Buyers must verify the governing standard, grade, dimensions, tolerances, surface, mechanical or chemical requirements, testing, marking, packing and intended use before ordering.

Inquiries, quotations and orders

Submitting an inquiry does not oblige either party to transact. A quotation is subject to its stated validity, scope, exclusions and assumptions, and may change when specifications, quantities, raw material costs, exchange rates, freight, duties, taxes or other conditions change.

No supply contract is formed solely through this website. A transaction becomes binding only through the written acceptance or agreement identified in the relevant commercial documents. If these website terms conflict with an accepted quotation, order confirmation or signed agreement, the transaction-specific document controls for that transaction.

Commercial and delivery terms

Price, currency, minimum quantity, stock status, production or processing lead time, payment, tax, inspection, shipping, insurance, title, risk, Incoterm, destination charges, claims and warranty apply only as confirmed in the relevant transaction documents. Any Incoterm should identify the named place and applicable Incoterms edition.

Lead times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise and may depend on material availability, specification approval, deposit, drawings, samples, inspection, logistics and events outside reasonable control. Buyers are responsible for accurate delivery and import information and for requirements allocated to them under the agreed commercial term.

Specifications, inspection and documents

Technical feasibility and the inspection plan are reviewed against the complete inquiry. Mill test certificates, inspection reports, origin documents, compliance statements or third-party inspection are supplied only when available for the confirmed source and expressly included in the order scope.

References to ASTM, EN, JIS, GB or another material standard do not state that AOXI METAL holds a company certification under that standard. Public certificates must be checked for holder, scope, number, issue and expiry before reliance. The buyer remains responsible for final material selection, design, fabrication rules, regulatory acceptance and fitness for its intended application.

Payment and communication security

Payment instructions are valid only when confirmed through the agreed commercial process. Treat any unexpected request to change beneficiary, bank account or payment route as potentially fraudulent and verify it using a previously established contact method before sending funds. AOXI METAL will not ask for passwords or full payment-card credentials through a website inquiry form.

Acceptable use

You must not use the website to:

  • violate law, trade restrictions or another party's rights;
  • submit malware, deceptive requests, unlawful content or content you are not authorized to disclose;
  • interfere with security or availability, probe for vulnerabilities, bypass access controls, or overload the site; or
  • scrape, reproduce or exploit site content in a way that violates intellectual-property rights or materially disrupts operation.

We may restrict access or disregard submissions where reasonably necessary to protect the site, users or business operations.

Intellectual property and submitted materials

Unless otherwise stated, the website's branding, layout, copy, curated media and other content are owned by or licensed to AOXI METAL and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable extracts for internal business evaluation, but may not remove notices, misrepresent origin, republish substantial content or use the branding without permission.

You retain rights in drawings and other materials you submit. You authorize us to use and share them only as reasonably needed to review the inquiry, prepare a quotation and perform an agreed order. Do not submit material that you lack authority to provide.

Third-party links and services

Links to marketplaces, social networks, messaging services, standards organizations or other third parties are provided for convenience. Their content, availability, security and practices are outside our control and are governed by their own terms. A link does not by itself constitute an endorsement or warranty.

Availability and liability

The site is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that all content is complete, current or error-free. We may correct, suspend, remove or update website content without notice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AOXI METAL is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on general website content, inability to access the site, or third-party links. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability relating to a supply transaction is governed by its accepted commercial documents and mandatory law.

Trade compliance

Each party is responsible for trade, sanctions, export-control, import, customs and end-use requirements that apply to it. We may request destination, end-user, end-use or compliance information and may decline or suspend an inquiry where proceeding could be unlawful or expose a party to a material compliance risk.

Applicable terms, updates and contact

Governing law, dispute procedure and forum for a supply transaction should be stated in its accepted commercial documents. These website terms do not replace or predetermine those transaction-specific clauses, and mandatory laws may apply according to the circumstances.

We may update these terms for website, business or legal changes. The date shown on this page identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised website terms apply from that use. Questions may be sent through our contact page.
